Duratemp Two-Story Modular Garage
There are two choices of siding material for our modular garages. Duratemp® is genuine plywood siding with tough resin composite exterior, which looks like natural surface of rough sawn hardboard. Duratemp® siding will not split, check or crack like veneer products and is tough enough to resist dents and damage. Our vinyl siding has a warm quality appearance of wood without the costly, time-consuming maintenance and repairs. It will not ill not split, peel or rot and never needs to be scraped, stained, or painted. We use house-grade Alside vinyl siding which is manufactured to deliver greater durability, rigidity & wind resistance, in fact all you need is a garden hose to keep siding looking great for years. 4-Outdoor will handle every aspect of your backyard project including preparing your modular garage site with gravel or concrete. This modular garage is standard with a 7' side wall which provides plenty of head room for your truck or tractor. The 9'x8' torsion spring garage doors are durable, lightweight, and electric opener compatible. A 3' polysteel side door is standard and can be placed anywhere on the building because we build to your specifications. Our buildings last a lifetime because of the upgrades that are standard with 4-Outdoor. Standard upgrades include plywood throughout our buildings, we do not use particle board which swells with moisture. You have the choice between sealed plywood floor or oil-resistant flooring. Our portable garages also include a roll ridge vent which is ideal for high wind areas. All modular garage door openings include a diamond plate threshold which keeps the wooden threshold from wearing down, preventing pests easy access to the inside of your portable garage. Our portable garage windows are 24" x 36", providing your modular garage adequate ventilation and light. Our portable garages are built with 30 year asphalt shingles with the essential addition of tar paper which seals your roof against leaks.
