| We level ground by using "cut & fill" method. Grade for adequate drainage around pad site. Pour reinforced concrete pad 4-5" thick with integrated footer at a depth of 30" . Plastic barrier, anchor straps included. Area disturbed will be larger than shed size. Additional charges may apply. |

Finished pad with be 1-2' larger per side than shed dimensions, area disturbed will be greater. We do not provide fill dirt. |

It is recommended to extend the pad dimensions by 6' at the base of slides and swing area. Please figure this area into the total square footage of pad site. We do not provide fill dirt. |
